What is a personal trainer who helps women lose fat doing sharing a sugary pancake recipe that isn’t filled with 49 grams of protein?!
Listen, before I am a trainer, I am a mom.
I’m the kind of mom who wants my kids to learn to enjoy fun foods without it being tied to guilt or shame.
The whole concept that there are no “good” or “bad” foods is challenging to grasp, but it is nonetheless true.
Every food has some nutritional value, none should be demonized if you choose to enjoy it every now and then.
Personally, as I experimented with dozens of different diets, all that told me to avoid processed sugar like the plague, I developed a very unhealthy relationship with food that I don’t want my kids to experience.
What if instead we could enjoy fun foods here and there without it ruining our momentum??
Now, I eat very balanced, paying attention to calories and protein, and I enjoy things like pancakes on Saturday morning - and I’m the fittest I’ve ever been!

Having your cake and eating it while still getting lean and healthy is possible 👍

…back to these pancakes!
They truly are the FLUFFIEST gosh darn things I’ve ever seen!
I tried to show you the actual height here, I’d say that’s at least an inch off the griddle!

They’re not heavy either. Just absolutely perfect and my kids love when I pop in some blueberries for them.
