Yes, please!



Using a simple bag of cole slaw cabbage will work perfectly, but I love using a heartier cabbage salad kit that has extra chopped greens like kale, brussels sprouts, or broccoli. Of course you can always chop a variety of green veggies of your own that you love too.

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp garlic, minced

1/2 tsp ground ginger

16 oz bag cabbage & greens salad mix

2 Tbsp coconut aminos (to sub for soy sauce)

1/2-1 Tbsp sriracha (depending on how much heat you like)

1 Tbsp sesame oil

1 Tbsp sesame seeds

1/8 cup chopped cilantro


Directions

1) Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef and brown.

2) Add the garlic and ginger. Allow to cook with the meat for 1-2 minutes.

3) Add the chopped cabbage and greens and allow greens to wilt.

4) Add coconut aminos or soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil. Toss to combine.

5) Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro to finish. Enjoy!
